Habitat: In edge of storm drain but seldom flooded. Full sun; alkaline, clay soil. Among Poaceae, Solonaceae & Amphiachyris.
Description: Erect perennial, much branched above, to 1 m tall, glutinous throughout. Leaves lanceolate to deltoid, sessile, serrate. Infloresence terminal on most branches; 2.5 cm dia w/about 20 yellow rays. Disk flowers yellow.
