Habitat: Full sun, above average moisture; alkaline, alluvial soil. Scattered and few.
Description: 45 cm, erect, subfruticose, perennial, much branched from lower 1/4 of stalk. Leaves obovate, mucronate apically, obtuse and unsymetric basally. Flowers single in all axils (this specimen apparently pistillate only). Fruit dihescing, persistent, oblate. Seed copious, verrucose, about 1 mm long.
