Habitat: Open, dry, grassy field. Alkaline, alluvial soil. Dense colony, but rare in the community.
Description: Annual, 20-30 cm tall. Leaves slightly green, deeply bipinnately divided. Yellow flowers in terminal racemes taller than the foliage. Fruit a persistant, erect, curved silique, to 30 mm long.
