Description: Tufted culms to 60 cm, unbranched. Sheaths pilose at throat & down margins. Blades flat, to 8 mm x 22 cm, pilose on both surfaces. Ligule hirsute. Panicle to 30 cm tall. Spikes to 9 cm, ascending. Spikelets 1.5x 2.5 mm.
