Description: Erect, much branched from base and above, from stout taproot (5cm) annual, 20 cm tall. Leaves linear (.5x20 mm), opposite, medium green. Infloresences crowded terminally on pedicels 3-5 mm long. Sepals linear-lanceolate,.5x8 mm, appressed. Corolla tube 10+ mm long, constricted above. Lobes pink, 4 or 5, linear-oblong. Stamens exserted.
