Habitat: Dry, alkaline, alluvial soil. Climbing in/on shrubs, trees. Semi-shade.
Description: Much branched, high climbing, twining, suffrutescent vine. Stems to 3 m long. Petioles to 6 cm long. Leaves opposite, deltoid w/rounded basal lobes & a broad sinus (cordate), acute/acuminate, 5x5 cm. Fruit a follicle, lanceolate, smooth, dihescing longitudinally in halves, 3+x8 cm, on 4.5 cm peduncle. Seed brown, flattened, ovate, 6x9 mm w/many fine, white bristles.
