Abstract
Evaluates the utilization of Opuntia species in South Africa by the moth Cactoblastis cactorum. Since the moth has been introduced to North America, this has raised concern for the native North American Opuntia species. The host range of Cactoblastis cactorum in south Africa extended to at least six Opuntia species.Suggested Citation
