Abstract
Researches the effect of mowing height on leaf growth and root biomass of Rudbeckia hirta grown in a wildflower sod production system. Mowing significantly reduced root biomass. As mowing height increased, root length also increased. This could have implications for wildflowers grown on roadsides with frequent mowing.Suggested Citation
