As a service to the public, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center collects information on native plant societies, conservation groups, governmental agencies, botanical gardens, arboreta, and other plant-related organizations throughout North America. Description: The Northwest Michigan Invasive Species Network (ISN) is a Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CISMA) or Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA), and was founded in 2005. We are charged with "protecting, enhancing, and promoting northwest Michigan’s natural communities through terrestrial invasive plant management and outreach.”
